I have been working at BWS for nearly 10 years and I am so pleased to now be the proud owner of this unique, vibrant store! I want The Birdwatchers Store to be a welcoming place for all those who love birds, animals, insects, and wildlife to come and experience the joy of the outdoors and all it has to offer. I am a person who has always had a love for the outdoors and exploring the world around me. Working at BWS for the past 10 years has been such a great learning experience and I can truly say that I learn something new everyday! Slippery Rock and Butler County offer so many wonderful places to hike and bird watch and I am so happy to be a part of this community. Owning a store this unique and developing it into a place that offers not only products but experiences has been a lifelong dream that has finally come true. I am so thankful to all of the past owners for creating a place that is such a staple of our town and community and provides an environment that is suited for all levels of knowledge and interest.
